Guatemalan table runners are beautiful and colorful textiles that are handwoven by Maya artisans using traditional techniques and designs. They are often used to decorate tables, walls, or beds, and can also be worn as scarves or shawls. Each region of the western highlands of Guatemala has its own distinctive style and patterns of table runners, reflecting the cultural diversity and history of the Maya people.

The weavers use  organic, locally produced, naturally dyed cotton thread

The artisans use natural dyes from plants and herbs to create stunning table runners with geometric motifs and vibrant colors, along with intricate embroidery of animals, flowers, and stars. They also use a variety of colors, such as green, purple, and orange, red, black, and white colors.

This is a long table runner made from authentic Mayan textile from Guatemala.
It is crafted by local artisans who use traditional weaving techniques to create unique patterns and colors.
The table runner has a fringe finish on both ends that adds to its charm and beauty.
Because each textile is one of a kind, the item you receive may not be exactly the same as the one shown in the picture. However, it will be similar in color and design, and it will reflect the distinctive style of Mayan textile art.
